Pineapple and Strawberry Chia Parfait

Ingredients
½ cup — chia seeds
1 ½ cups — milk
½ cup — French vanilla yogurt
¼ cup — shredded coconut
¼ tsp — ground cinnamon
Honey to taste
½ cup — pineapple
6 — Dutchess strawberries
Instructions
Combine and stir the chia seeds, milk, yogurt, shredded coconut and cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 to 4 hours to let the chia seeds soak.
Remove from the refrigerator, stir and mix in the honey to your desired sweetness.
Peel the pineapple, slice into rings and remove the core. Then thinly slice into bite-sized piece. Slice the strawberries.
Fill 2 to 4 small cups with the chia pudding and arrange the sliced pineapple and strawberries on top.
